The Games:
FOOSBALL
Foosball is kickin' on your computer as you take total control of four poles
and 11 players in this real-time version of table soccer. Keyboard and mouse
controls allow you to spin, pass, block and score in your choice of Beginner
and Advanced modes. First to score 10 points wins.
In Beginner mode, pole switching is automatic so you always have control of
the pole that is nearest to the ball. The pole that you control will be
highlighted in red or gold. Players on that pole move up and down with the
mouse. Spin with a mouse button click or hit the space bar. Keyboard arrows
control the goalie up and down while the left and right keys allow the goalie
to spin. Pressing "Page Up" and "Page Down" keys spin your front three poles
to a feet up or feet down position.
In Advanced mode, you select poles by clicking left and right mouse buttons.
The pole that you control will be highlighted in red or gold. Players on a
selected pole rotate left and right and move up and down with the mouse.
Press the space bar to execute that patented foosball super-twirl. Keyboard
arrows control the goalie up and down while the left and right keys allow the
goalie to spin. Pressing "Page Up" and "Page Down" keys spin your front
three poles to a feet up or feet down position.
SLAMHOCKEY
Air Hockey has evolved to a new level, and the action is fast and furious!
Using the mouse as your paddle, you have ultimate control as you attack,
defend and anticipate the movement of the ricocheting puck.
In classic arcade action, each player fights to either jam the puck into the
opponent's goal or prevent the opponent from scoring. It's a battle of
reflexes whether you choose to play in Regulation or Battle mode. First to
score 10 points wins the game.
In Battle mode there's no limits. Cross the halfway line and move anywhere
on the table. If your opponent doesn't serve quickly enough move to their
side and try to sneak the puck past them to score right in front of their
nose!
POWER HOOPS
Basketball in a box has never been as exciting as Power Hoops! Take a shot
from anywhere on the court--it's anything goes as you take position, power
up and shoot from any of 35 "power spots" across the table before your
opponent makes a shot.
Use either the keyboard arrow keys or the mouse to move your highlight cursor
to the hole where the ball is. Build up power by holding down the keyboard
space bar and then release it to shoot. The power you put behind the ball
will determine how far you toss the ball. Power buildup is displayed in a
bar graph just under the court. The farther you are from the basket, the more
precise your power must be. Once you prove yourself with two-point shots,
take a stand from three-point land to rack up a higher score!
You can play a 20-, 40-, 60- or 80-point game.
For a whole new dimension in basketball action, Multiple Ball mode allows
you to play with your choice of up to 8 balls!
